My sister is sick, so we made her favorite chocolate chip cookies together, to make her feel better.
Those cookies have magic powers, believe me, if you eat one, you can`t stop and I can asure you, my sister already feels much better.
Since, it`s the ultimate flue-season now, everyone outthere who`s sick, has to make these delicious "medicine-cookies".
They`re also good if you suffer from unrequited love, homesickness, loneliness and spring-longing.
1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
3 cups (spelt) flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
2 cups chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 F/ 180°C.
Cream butter and sugar until very creamy in an electric mixer for 4 minutes.
Add the eggs, vanilla and beat again for about 2 minutes. Add baking soda, powder and flour and mix again. Finally add chocolate chips.
Drop about 2 teaspoons two inches apart onto a baking sheet, lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 12-14 Minutes, until golden brown.
Transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool.
Enjoy and feel better!
